Harry Cubit is a Senior Operations Executive with over 25 years of success in designing, building and leading operations within the financial services industry across the U.S., Canada and Europe. In this context, Harry has had the opportunity to apply operational and organizational development principles in a services environment, leading efforts including client care programs, organizational/talent development, scaling middle/back office transaction services, business process management/Six Sigma, vendor management, management reporting and scorecards, and technology implementations. Throughout his career, Harry proactively designed and executed operational solutions in high growth environments, forging partnerships to align goals across teams, processes and systems from a global perspective.
Harry joined UBS Trust Company, NA in October 2013 as Director, Operations and Business Process Management (BPM), responsible for overseeing operations and business process/project management initiatives with the Wealth Management Division of the firm. Previous to APS, Harry was a SVP of Operations at SEI Investments for 14 years, creating and leading the Business Process Management Program for global operations, which included the design, assessment, and enhancements of over 140 processes across 3 sites. In addition, Harry held various roles at SEI, building or leading global teams across advisory, wealth, institutional and high net worth clientele. When Harry joined SEI, he was initially responsible for designing and creating the blueprint to rapidly scale the operation servicing Advisory/Wealth clientele.
Harry is the Co-Chair of the Supply Chain & Operations Committee with the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG) and a Board Member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals-Philadelphia Chapter (ABPMP). Harry also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Harry graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Operations Management and Marketing and holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Drexel University. Harry serves on the University of Delaware Lerner Business School Alumni Board (College Support Chair).
