Mr. Bennett serves as the General Manager for The Full Circle Group. His responsibilities include Strategy, Business Development, and P&L.
He brings 24 years of construction experience, working for three companies in the elevator industry: Otis, ThyssenKrupp, and TEI Group. He also has 7 years’ experience with two financial service companies in problem solving and risk management (Bank One, SEI Investments).
His experience is truly general management, having focused on Safety, Quality, Construction Operations, P&L, problem solving, and risk management. He has successfully used tools such as Six Sigma coupled with problem solving techniques to yield dramatic improvements across a wide variety of business measures, and these measures go across three industries – elevators, credit cards, and asset management.
Mr. Bennett holds an MBA in General Management from the Harvard Business School. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College. He earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. He also attended United Technologies ITO University and studied Japanese Quality Techniques. He has led and participated in various Kaizen activities. He has been an instructor for Kepner Tregoe (problem solving/decision making process). He has developed curricula and trained thousands of people in topics such as data analysis, problem solving, and risk management.
