Jun Huangpu is the founder of Cobbs Creek Healthcare, LLC. Jun has extensive life sciences business experience in a breadth of functional areas ranging from R&D, sales, marketing, business development and management consulting. He is an expert in providing exceptional perspectives for clients through combining strategic insight, practical business acumen and superior analytic skills. Jun is also the founder and chairman of board of The Greater Philadelphia Center for Culture and Commerce, a non-profit organization to facilitate economic growth for the greater Philadelphia regions.
From 2000-2006, Jun led a Beijing based biotech company to identify drug candidates from traditional Chinese medicine; From 2004-2007, Jun also successfully launched a topical anesthetic cream, prilocaine/lidocaine cream (EMLA) in China. Before founding Cobbs Creek Healthcare, Jun was a consultant for portfolio planning, market/product potential assessment, licensing, sales and marketing with Verispan and IMS Health.
Jun earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, a Postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Bowling Green State University.
