As Chief Strategy Officer, Dario is responsible for Richardson’s client and market research, product strategy and development, strategic alliances, and sharing critical insights with clients to help them win in today’s changing market place. He is the creator and managing editor of the award winning Richardson Sales Excellence Review blog, and the driving force behind Richardson’s mobile, and social learning technology efforts. Dario has extensive experience leading strategy, marketing, sales, and product development efforts in global professional services and technology solutions companies including JP Morgan, Deloitte, Hay Group, and Miller Heiman. He has deep subject matter expertise in the areas of:

  • Learning through mobile, social and gamification strategies
  • Sales force training, development, and talent management
  • Sales and marketing strategy, operations and alignment
  • Channel partner strategy development and operations
  • Opportunity management and account management strategy, process and execution 

Dario has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (University Scholar) from McGill University in Montreal.
