This wizard will show duplicate records in a single Microsoft Access table, based upon the values of a field in the table.
In an Access database, there may be times when you’d like to make sure that there are no duplicate records in a table. The Find Duplicates Query Wizardwill quickly find the duplicate records so that you can delete them from the table.Select the Query Wizard button in the Other group on the Createtab in Access 2010/2007.Click Find Duplicates Query Wizard. Select OK.Select the desired table or query from the Which table or query do you want to search for duplicate field values? list. Select Next.
Add the desired fields to the Duplicate-value fields list. Select Next.
Add the desired fields to the Additional query fields list. Select Next.
Type the desired query name. Select Finish.
